For most of my life, I considered myself pretty healthy - no major health issues, fairly active with my lifestyle, and relatively happy and content on a regular basis. 

But as I got older and my life became more complicated, I slowly subjected my body to increased levels of stress - which ultimately and unknowingly became my "new normal".  Being a woman, mother, step-mother, business owner, and wife, my inability to keep up with the pace led me into a darkness that I could not escape.

I dealt with unhappiness, depression, insomnia, body aches and pains, excess weight, hormonal imbalances, and immune system flare-ups .  This negative transformation happened so slowly, I didn't even recognize myself anymore.

I was determined my multi-tasking efforts would not be in vain -juggling kids, work, chores, and other "life"  commmitments, continuing on despite being lethargic, stressed, and depressed.  I was not living a "fulfilling" life, and I knew I deserved better.  I just didn't know how to make "better" happen.  After some serious reflection, I started on a quest to find "me" again!   

I starated making changes one at a time, so as not to become overwhelmed..
