Taking good care of you means the people around you will receive the best of you, rather than what's left of you.
Cultures have studied the body's energy centers for thousands of years. Reiki, for example, is the Japanese tradition of energy healing, and it dates back to the early 20th century. Chakras, the seven energy transmission centers of the body, are described in anceint Hindu texts. Meridians, the energy superhighways of the body, are the roadmaps on which the traditional Chinese medicine practitioners base acupuncture. Although various cultures used different modalities to stimulate the body's natural ability to heal, they all saw internal energy as a powerful force of good.
Energy is based on scientific principles. We all learned in high school physics class that matter is made up of molecules. Even something that is solid, such as a table, is vibrating all the time. Science tells us that we are actually waves of information that vibrate. When you say someone has "good vibes", you are really talking about that person's vibrational energy - happy people vibrate at a higher frequency. You can feel thie efferescence! Places have vibes also. For example, when you walk into a room where a fight just occurred, you may feel a dense energy that makes you want to leave immediately. The beach has a light vibe due to the salt ari (a natural energy cleanser) and moving air. The air at the beach vibrates at a higher frequence as well.
You do not have to be spiritual to benefit from energy healing. Just like you do not have to understand the law of gravity before you fall down. You do not have to completely grasp the concept of energy healing before you dive into the practice. I would recommend going into this experience with an open mind for maximum benefit. Any time is a good time to visit an energy healer. If you are stressed, anxious, or physically drained, an energy healing session can hlep you relax and feel more balanced. And if you're already feeling good, it's always a good idea to practice good self-care - just as you brush your teeth to practice good oral hygiene, eat nutritious foods to provide high quality sustenance to your body's cells, and drink water to wash toxins through your system. It's important to note here that energy healing is a complementary modality that does not replace allopathic medicine you may be taking.
Energy healing is totally accessible. Ther are many different types of energy healers available to you - reiki practitioners, acupuncture practitioners, reflexologists, massage therapists, and lymphatic therapists.
You can can maintain your energetic health at home. Just as you shower every day, energetic cleansing is also a daily commitment. Once you visit with an energy healer, keep the good vibes flowing by taking a bath in Epsom or pink Himalayan salts for 20 minutes whenever you start to feel the heaviness creeping back into your body. Smudging, or burning sage around you, also clears negativity from your space and aura. High vibe crystals have their own healing properties and can help give your energy a much needed boost. All you need to begin your healing journey is curiosity and a willingness to learn.
Like a BUTTERFLY , I am growing and changing and finding my TRUE COLORS in life. I am TRANSFORMING, finding my WINGS, and going HIGHER and HIGHER.
Restoring your Flow
Energy healing is a broad term for any therapy that stimulates the energy flow in or around the human body to restore balance on all levels, thereby enabling the physical body to heal itself. There are many factors that can degrade our energy, such as toxic and lifeless foods, environmental toxins, EMR, parasites, chronic viral infections, surgery, emotional trauma, and negative thought patterns. Negative emotions, experiences, and patterns of though in particular all contribute to disrupting our energy flow much more than we realize.
I empower my clients to seek healing through their daily lives, experiences, and encounters with others. I will always support what is highest and best for your well-being, honoring your individual journey to restoration and transformation.
As an energy healer, I'm often met with curiosity, fascination, and perhaps a bit of skepticism. This form of healing is difficult for some to fathom, much less give credit to for the lessening of emotional and physical pain they cause.
Energy healing is a holistic practice that activates the body's subtle energy systems to remove blocks. By breaking through these energetic blocks, the bod's inherent ability to heal itself is stimulated.
This is a lot to process, so here are 5 facts that can clear up any confusion or misconceptions you may still have about energy healing.
Energy healing can sound a little nebulous. Sometimes people want to know, "But what can energy healing DO?"
Energy healing benefits can happen on any level: energetic, spiritual, emotional, mental or physical. They can be dramatic, but are often subtle. They can happen immediately, but often show up later, after the healing session is long over. Often the "results" happen at the level that will provide the most profound benefits.
For example, the primary benefit of a healing session (or sessions) might come as an insight or change in attitude that results in a change of behavior that results in a long-lasting improvement in physical health, emotional health, and/or quality of life.
I could go on and on-but you get the idea. Energy healing can provide amazing benefits. Although it's not based on the medical model of "fixing" and "curing," it can truly help with physical health issues-I’ve personally experienced and witnessed dramatic examples of it. However, at its core, it works on a much more profound level.
But--this is important! - reputable energy work is not intended to replace conventional medical or psychological treatment. It is intended to be a complementary therapy. You should always continue to seek and follow the advice of your qualified medical or psychological practitioner.
