Exchanges & Refunds
I will gladly exchange your item for a new order of the same as long as following conditions are met.
1. Contact me via email within 2 days of delivery informing me of damaged package or contents.
2. Take picture of damaged shipping box, metal tin, and egg. (if picture does not clearly show damage as it is received, no exchange is allowed.)
3. Once I receive email with clear pictures, I will send you confirmation when exchange is being shipped out.
I don't issue refunds or cancellations once your order has been placed.
