With over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience, I’ve successfully owned and operated two thriving businesses. My first—a home-based catering and wedding cake company—allowed me to build a health department-approved kitchen while staying present for my daughter throughout her school years. It was the perfect blend of purpose and practicality.

In 2008, I launched my own private massage therapy practice, managing everything from startup strategy and branding to website design, marketing, bookkeeping, and client relations. Through this hands-on journey, I’ve gained a deep understanding of what it takes to create a business that is sustainable, profitable, and aligned with your values.

In 2011, my husband suddenly lost his job when his company shut down—throwing us into a job market he hadn’t faced in decades. It was an emotionally and mentally exhausting experience, but one that taught us invaluable lessons about resilience, reinvention, and standing out.
